Chocolati - March 15, 2009

"Yeah I could see that he was overstaying his welcome." W1

"He was a little drunk. And he stayed after everyone left, and then I invited him to my bedroom and we made out a little. But I wanted him to leave." W2

"Totally" W1

"And then he was like can I stay the night?" W2 "And I said No." (In a tone that makes it sound that like that question is so bizarre.

"Some guys just can't take a hint." W1

Hmm... Totally, not really sure how cuddling on the couch and then going up to your bedroom where you begin making out might suggest to someone that yo might be up for a little something more. Not really sure how he misinterpreted those obvious signs of disinterest. Seriously, who can be a mind reader with that. Why is it so hard for women to sometimes speak our minds instead of being blunth, even if it might make the other person feel bad.

Chocolati - February 6

Tonight looked promising at first. Everyone seemed to be not only out of high school, but out of college and also cute. Sadly that did not last long and the conversation I just overheard some guy with very limited social skills talking about playing some sort of stickball game where he claims they had a rule that if more people got taken away by an ambulance than the number of points scored, the game had to end. Apparently driving does not count.
Now he is sitting across from me. His computer in a steal briefcase with padding. He also has large headphones. Could be totally innocuous, but I'm pretty convinced that he's got some woman's apartment totally bugged and is spying on them (okay I don't think someone who would do that would watch it at Chocolati, but he's totally weird).
